Shipping

Free tracked shipping on every order within Canada. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery takes an estimated 2-4 weeks after dispatch. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all accessories. For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is at the customer's cost; refunds go to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item? Email us a photo or short video within 30 days of delivery and, once we have reviewed it, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
