Track your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery within Canada takes an estimated 2-4 weeks after dispatch.
How to track
- Find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.
- Enter it on 17TRACK - it follows your package across carriers, including the international leg of its journey.
- Once your package reaches Canada, you can also track it with Canada Post tracking.
No tracking email after 5 business days, or your tracking has not moved in over a week? Email us at support@shoptidypulse.com with your order number and we will look into it.
